加沙地带卫生部门当地时间20日下午发布消息称，过去24小时以军在加沙地带的军事行动已造成87人死亡，290人受伤。其中20日当天死亡人数为53人，受伤人数超过50人。
自2023年10月7日巴以爆发大规模冲突以来，以军在加沙地带的军事行动共造成53573人死亡，另有121688人受伤。自2025年3月18日以来的死亡人数已达3427人，受伤人数为9647人。（总台记者 李享）
