联邦快递5月19日发布声明称，随着公司零担货运部门FedEx Freight的分拆工作取得进展，集团宣布多项高管人事任命。
联邦快递美国和加拿大首席运营官约翰·A·史密斯（John A. Smith）被任命为FedEx Freight总裁兼CEO，集团董事会副主席R·布拉德·马丁（R. Brad Martin）同意担任FedEx Freight董事会主席。两项任命均将在先前宣布的FedEx Freight分拆完成后生效。预计2026年6月完成的分拆仍在按计划进行。
