5月16日，澄城公安交警在辖区冯原镇巡逻时，看到一位老人坐在马路上，情况十分危险。民警见状，立即上前查看情况。
经询问得知，老人独自出来，因回家路程太远，体力不支，瘫坐在马路边。为确保安全，民警根据老人提供的信息情况，联系到所在村委会。在村委会工作人员的帮助下，民警驾驶警车将老人安全送回家。
