5月19日，凯盛科技（600552）发布公告，近日公司收到控股股东凯盛科技集团有限公司印发的《关于公司实施股票期权激励计划的批复》，经国务院国资委同意，原则同意公司实施2024年股票期权激励计划。这标志着公司在激励机制方面迈出了重要一步。
2025年一季度，凯盛科技实现收入12.65亿元，归母净利润2385万元。
