5月19日，香港交易所宣布委任许亮华为集团财务总监。许亮华将于6月9日加入集团，接替刘碧茵出任集团财务总监，而刘碧茵将继续担任香港交易所首席营运总监职务。作为集团财务总监，许亮华将负责集团的财务、库务和投资者关系职能，并直接向集团行政总裁陈翊庭汇报。他也会成为香港交易所管理委员会的一员。
