中信尼雅5月19日公告，公司控股股东中信国安实业集团有限公司解除质押1.3亿股，占其所持股份的25.75%，占公司总股本的11.57%。本次解除质押后，中信国安累计质押公司股份3.33亿股，占其持股数量的65.93%，占公司总股本的29.62%。
