近日，六安市霍邱县男子甄某拨打骚扰电话被群众报警。民警回电劝其配合调查时，竟遭其辱骂，并疯狂叫嚣：“警察算什么东西，自己学过心理学，不下A级通缉令都逮不到我！”。
面对其嚣张的挑衅，警方精准锁定，用一纸行政拘留通知书终结其“硬核作死”剧情。
