北京商报讯（记者 李秀梅）5月19日，中国平安人寿保险股份有限公司（以下简称"平安人寿"）公告，平安资管受托平安人寿资金，投资于农业银行H股股票，于5月12日达到农业银行H股股本的10%，根据香港市场规则，触发平安人寿举牌。今年2月，平安人寿已经进行了一次对农业银行H股的举牌。
