广西壮族自治区气象局消息，受短波槽、切变线和冷空气影响，5月17日到18日，广西桂北和桂中地区将有大雨到暴雨、局地大暴雨到特大暴雨并伴有强对流天气。自治区气象局17日11时发布暴雨四级（蓝色）预警，并启动重大气象灾害（暴雨）Ⅳ级应急响应。
