普路通5月16日公告，公司第六届董事会第八次会议审议通过了《关于聘任公司副总经理的议案》，同意聘任师帅、陈晓三担任公司副总经理职务，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第六届董事会届满之日止。经本次董事会聘任后，师帅担任公司董事、副总经理、财务总监职务；陈晓三担任公司副总经理职务。
