智通财经APP获悉，5月16日，香港破产管理署公布，4月接获811份破产呈请书，按月减少8.5%，按年升逾9%。由法庭发出接管令或破产令941宗，按月升近46%，按年则升逾9%。
4月强制清盘呈请书有61宗，按月减少约9%，按年下跌逾7%。上月法院发出清盘令有66宗，按月升22%，按升增长约74%。
