财联社5月15日电，记者从独立信源处获悉，龙湖已将“22龙湖03”的兑付资金拨入偿债专户，总金额5.2亿元人民币，包含5亿元本金及2000万元利息。公开信息显示，“22龙湖03”发行规模为5亿元，票面利息4%，行权日期为5月19日。在“22龙湖03”兑付后，龙湖2025年内已累计兑付境内公开债券约70亿元。（财联社记者 李洁）
