2025年5月14日，中国创新投资宣布有意对易生活控股提出部分收购要约，以每股0.056港元的价格收购1.8亿股股份，约占易生活控股已发行股本的13.27%。
收购总代价约为1008万港元。目前，中国创新投资及其一致行动人士持有易生活控股16.66%的股份。易生活控股的股票自2024年12月2日起停牌，并将继续暂停交易，直至另行通知。
