格隆汇5月14日丨航新科技(300424.SZ)公布，公司直接持有天弘航空50%的股权，并通过全资子公司珠海航新航空投资有限公司（简称“珠海航新”）持有天弘航空40%的股权。为了进一步优化资源配置，有效利用资金，天弘航空拟将注册资本从10,000万元减少至5,500万元。本次减资完成后，天弘航空公司的股权结构不变。
