5月14日，腾远钴业（301219）发布公告，公司于2025年5月13日召开股东大会，选举产生了第四届董事会，任期为三年。
董事会同意选举罗洁为董事长，吴阳红为副董事长，各专门委员会召集人及其委员如下：
公司总经理为林灵，副总经理为许亮、罗淑兰、楼江鹏和胡党。董事会秘书和董事长助理为胡常超，财务总监为陈文伟。
2025年一季度，腾远钴业实现收入14.61亿元，归母净利润1.23亿元。
