(医药健闻2025年5月14日讯）邦耀生物宣布，其与浙江大学医学院附属第一医院血液科佟红艳教授、风湿免疫科林进教授，以及华东师范大学生命科学学院刘明耀教授、杜冰教授领衔的科研团队合作，于5月8日正式在国际学术期刊Cell Research发表题为："Allogeneic anti-CD19 CAR-T cells induce remission in refractory systemic lupus erythematosus"的临床研究论文。
这是全球首次报道利用CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑的异体抗CD19 CAR-T细胞（TyU19）治疗复发/难治性系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）的成功案例。
