中国—拉美和加勒比国家共同体论坛第四届部长级会议5月13日在北京举行。乌拉圭外长卢贝特金近日在接受采访时，针对部分国际舆论对中拉合作的批评和质疑作出了回应。他强调，拉美国家的对华政策完全基于自身意愿，来华参会不是受谁驱使，而是为了共同谋划未来。他表示，乌方希望同中方及其他伙伴开展平等且高质量的合作。（CGTN记者团）
