近日，位于川沙新镇六灶社区的新安置房小区润泰家园（六灶社区08-01地块项目）通过综合竣工验收，实现全面竣工，取得《建筑工程综合竣工验收合格通知书》。
润泰家园东至吉秋路，南至北新溪路，西至吉夏路，北至聚溪路，共建有8栋高层住宅。新小区将于近期启动分房。
