据报道，苹果进军脑机接口领域，与脑机接口公司 Synchron 合作开发新标准。Synchron 的设备 Stentrode 可植入大脑运动皮层上方静脉，读取大脑信号并转化为屏幕操作指令，配合苹果操作系统“切换控制”功能，实现意念控制 iPhone 等设备。该技术有望为严重脊髓损伤或渐冻症患者等提供便利。苹果计划今年晚些时候发布新标准供开发者使用，且预计脑机接口技术在数年内有望起飞，第一款商用脑机接口设备可能在 2030 年获批。
