智通财经APP讯，香港宽频(01310)公布，于2025年 5月7日TPG Wireman, L .P .(TPG)完成向中国移动香港有限公司出售公司股份后，TPG不再于公司持有任何权益，因此，Zubin Jamshed IRANI 先生已辞任非执行董事及公司审核委员会及薪酬委员会成员的职务，自2025年5月13日起生效。
此外，独立非执行董事张明明女士已获委任为审核委员会成员，自 2025年5月13日起生效。
