【财华社讯】自动系统(00771.HK)公布，公司直接全资附属公司GDB International Investment Limited於2025年4月29日已签立一份协议，以购入ATW Feeder Fund V (BVI) LP("ATW基金")有限合伙权益。认购协议已於2025年5月12日获ATW Partners Fund V GP LLC接纳，因此GDB International Investment Limited成为其有限合伙人之一，资本承担为300万美元。成立合伙企业目的是透过合作投资於多元化的资产类別，同时充分利用所有合伙人的综合专业知识和资源，以实现资本增长和升值。
