5月12日晚间，湖南博云新材料股份有限公司（博云新材，002297.SZ）公告，公司于近日收到公司持股5%以上股东高创投的《关于拟减持股份的告知函》。高创投拟减持公司股份不超过1720万股，即不超过公司总股本的 3%。减持期间为自本公告披露之日起十五个交易日后的三个月内（6月5日至9月4日）。
