格隆汇5月12日丨中信特钢(000708.SZ)公布，基于公司经营发展需要，经公司董事会提名委员会提名，董事会审议通过，同意聘任罗元东先生为公司总裁，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至公司第十届高级管理人员任期届满之日止。本次职务变更后，罗元东先生不再担任公司副总裁职务。
