格隆汇5月9日丨力宝(00226.HK)公告，董事会建议实施建议股本削减，将公司股本账内进账由984,440,426.08港元(于本公布日期)削减934,440,426.08港元至50,000,000.00港元。因建议股本削减而产生934,440,426.08港元进账，将转拨至公司股本削减储备账，并后由公司用于抵销部分累计亏损。
