格隆汇5月8日丨远大住工(02163.HK)公告，(i)由于其辞任，吴嘉雯女士不再担任香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第19A.13(2)条及香港法例第622章《公司条例》第16部所规定代表公司在香港接收法律程序文件及通知的授权代表，自2025年5月8日起生效；及(ii)林子聪先生将获委任为法律程序代理人，自2025年5月8日起生效。
