奔跑财经5月8日消息，Coinbase首席法务官PaulGrewal发文称，Coinbase已公开其通过信息自由法案（FOIA）获得的逾1万页监管文件，旨在推动政府透明。
他指出包括2019年SEC内部承认“加密监管空白”、2023年纽约总检察长要求SEC支持ETH为证券主张、以及SEC因IT问题无法查看Coinbase回应视频等关键材料，强调这场信息透明之战关系整个社会的知情权。
