日本电机公司尼得科5月8日宣布将撤回对牧野铣床的收购要约，9日生效。尼得科提出的要约收购价为每股1.1万日元。
尼得科表示，若牧野铣床的“毒丸”收购防御计划被触发，交易将“在经济上明显不合理”。
