为激励引导地方法人金融机构进一步加大对涉农、小微和民营企业的信贷投放，持续做好金融“五篇大文章”，5月7日，中国人民银行决定增加支农支小再贷款额度3000亿元。
支农支小再贷款是支持普惠金融领域的长期性工具，近年来，中国人民银行持续加大支农支小再贷款支持力度。自2025年4月1日起，将支农再贷款和支小再贷款合并为支农支小再贷款，并优化管理方式，更好发挥政策激励引导作用。
