美国外卖服务公司DoorDash当地时间5月6日宣布，已就收购美国酒店技术公司SevenRooms达成协议。此次收购预计将于今年下半年完成。
声明称，通过将SevenRooms的客户关系管理（CRM）和客户体验工具集成到 DoorDash商务平台，此次合并将帮助商家增加店内销售额、加强客户关系并提高盈利能力。
