5月6日，会畅通讯（300578）发布公告，证券事务代表沈国良因个人原因辞职，辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。辞职后，沈国良不再担任公司任何职务。公告中提到，沈国良的辞职不会影响公司相关工作的正常开展。
