新京报贝壳财经讯 5月6日，玲珑轮胎公告称，公司接到控股股东玲珑集团的通知，玲珑集团拟增持公司股份，增持金额不低于人民币2亿元，不超过人民币3亿元。增持期限自本公告披露之日起6个月内，增持方式为集中竞价交易方式。增持主体承诺在增持计划实施期间及法定期限内不减持所持有的公司股份。
