人民财讯5月6日电，天通股份(600330)5月6日晚间公告，近日，公司取得了中信银行股份有限公司嘉兴分行（简称“中信银行”）出具的《贷款承诺函》。承诺贷款额度最高不超过4500万元。贷款期限为36个月。贷款用途为回购公司股票专项贷款。贷款承诺函自中信银行签发之日起生效，有效期为1年。
