那曲地处西藏北部，平均海拔超过4500米。2016年，22岁的周雪大学毕业，作为西部计划志愿者，从辽宁来到那曲，在那曲市儿童福利院一干就是9年，当地孩子们亲切地称呼她“妈妈”。
