多哥议会3日选举让·吕西安·萨维·德托夫为该国实行议会制政体后的首位总统。
多哥议会分国民议会和参议院两院，共174个席位，当天实到150人。德托夫是唯一候选人，并以150票赞成的选举结果当选。德托夫在选举结束后宣誓就职。（央视新闻）
