挪威国家石油公司（Statoil ASA）5月2日公告称，子公司已与PRIO SA的子公司出售其在巴西Peregrino油田60%的经营权益达成协议。PRIO是巴西最大的独立油气公司，将为此次交易向挪威国家石油公司支付33.5亿美元的对价和最高1.5亿美元的利息。
