4月30日，天津金融监管局网站发布批复，同意天津信托有限责任公司增加注册资本1686315599.99元人民币，由3600000000元人民币变更为5286315599.99元人民币。同意上海上实（集团）有限公司向天津信托有限责任公司现金增资1396368194.90元、同意天津市泰达国际控股（集团）有限公司向天津信托有限责任公司现金增资289947405.09元。
