北京商报讯（记者 刘四红）4月30日，人民银行官网发布消息称，《银行卡清算机构管理办法》已经2025年4月3日中国人民银行2025年第6次行务会议审议通过，并经国家金融监督管理总局同意，现予公布，自2025年11月1日起施行。
其中强调，未经中国人民银行批准，擅自从事或变相从事银行卡清算业务，伪造、变造银行卡清算业务许可证，由中国人民银行责令其终止银行卡清算业务，并依照《中华人民共和国中国人民银行法》第四十六条规定给予处罚；涉嫌犯罪的，依法移送司法机关追究刑事责任。
