4月28日，杭州乐园大摆锤项目设备运行至最高点时突然停止，游客倒立等待救援。
29日，杭州乐园工作人员告诉记者，事发原因系设备两侧重量平衡。该工作人员表示，事发后已对被困游客进行安抚，该事件未造成游客受伤。（新京报我们视频）
