美国财政部当地时间4月28日发布声明称，预计今年第二季度将净举债5140亿美元，高于今年2月时预测的1230亿美元；继续维持此前对6月底8500亿美元现金余额目标的预测。目前预计第三季度将借款5540亿美元，假设9月底现金余额为8500亿美元。
