人民财讯4月28日电，河南省人民政府办公厅印发《奋战二季度确保“双过半”若干政策措施》，其中提出，出台促进外贸稳量提质若干措施，健全重点外贸企业联系机制，支持拓展国内市场和非美市场，推出支持扩大汽车出口专项政策，给予生产型企业不超过1000万元、贸易型企业不超过100万元资金补贴。
