4月27日赛力斯法务部发文称，近日，赛力斯发现网络用户“伏羲”长期、多次在今日头条平台发布恶意不实信息诋毁问界和用户。公司向公安机关进行了报案并获立案。经审查，“伏羲”的行为已经违法，公安机关根据《治安管理处罚法》于4月25 日对其实施了治安处罚。
