惠升领先优选混合型证券投资基金（A类份额代码：015110；C类份额代码：015111）已连续45个工作日基金资产净值低于5000万元。根据基金合同约定，若截至2025年5月7日日终，该基金连续50个工作日出现基金资产净值低于5000万元的情形，则触发《基金合同》终止条款，基金管理人将按照法律法规及《基金合同》规定对基金财产进行清算。
