格隆汇4月25日丨厦门钨业(600549.SH)公布，势拓智动系厦门钨业参股公司，公司持有其49%股权。为推动势拓智动经营发展，厦门钨业和厦钨电机拟向势拓智动以货币出资的方式同比例增资5,000万元，其中厦门钨业增资2,450万元，厦钨电机增资2,550万元。本次增资完成后，势拓智动注册资本由5,000万元变更为10,000万元，厦门钨业、厦钨电机仍分别持有势拓智动49%和51%股权。
