4月24日，中广天择（603721）发布公告，因年报编制工作尚未完成，公司决定将2024年年度报告及2025年第一季度报告的披露时间延期至2025年4月30日。
原定于2025年4月26日的披露时间因需要进一步完善定期报告的编制和复核工作而做出调整。
2024年前三季度，中广天择实现收入2.14亿元，归母净利润-96万元。
