4月24日晚间，中广天择公告称，原定于4月26日披露的2024年年度报告及2025年第一季度报告，因年报编制工作尚未完成，现将披露时间延期至4月30日。
公司表示，对此次调整给投资者带来的不便表示歉意，并提醒广大投资者注意投资风险。
