4月24日，蔚来法务部发文称，近期在蔚来旗下各品牌新车交付、发布期间及上海车展前夕，蔚来法务部注意到大量黑公关、水军等网络账号再次意欲借机抹黑蔚来。自2025年4月蔚来App和乐道App上线侵权线索“一键上报”功能以来，蔚来法务部已经收到近1500条举报，目前正在结合已掌握的信息进行梳理、排查，并已经对部分网络账号采取行动。
