4月23日，全国双拥模范城(县)命名大会在北京举行，河北省11个设区市和9个县(市)入选全国双拥模范城(县)。
入选名单如下：石家庄市、保定市、张家口市、邯郸市、廊坊市、秦皇岛市、邢台市、承德市、沧州市、唐山市、衡水市、正定县、涉县、怀来县、高碑店市、大厂回族自治县、平山县、涿州市、沙河市、深州市。(记者高珊)
