4月21日，有网友发视频称，婚庆车队中劳斯莱斯“小金人”车标被讨要喜钱的男子掰断辖区派出所称，接警后已介入处置。
当地一家婚庆公司知情工作人员称，该名男子经常在榆树街头讨要喜钱。
《刑法》第275条明确，故意毁坏财物超5000元即构成犯罪，而车标价值足以让当事人面临3—7年刑期。
