记者从多家沪市上市公司了解到，近期上交所向上市公司开放了文档智能核验系统。该系统基于大模型机器学习技术，为上市公司提供文稿语义错误的检测服务，形成“智能检测—实时反馈—风险预警”的信息披露运作新范式。
据悉，除去传统拼写错误等，文档智能核验系统还可以检测出语义问题，包括对语法、敏感信息问题的检出，以及勾稽关系错误、数值错误等问题的发现。
