人民财讯4月22日电，双塔食品(002481)4月22日晚间公告，公司拟以2亿元至3亿元回购公司股份，用于实施股权激励或员工持股计划，回购价格上限为7.95元/股。公司已取得建设银行烟台分行出具的《贷款承诺书》，承诺向公司提供回购贷款1.6亿元，贷款期限36个月。
